When you see a strong Nasdaq that's Bullish.
A weak one bearish.
When traders go into the Dow stocks that's bearish because they are trading conservative and fear holding Big Cap tech.

It’s been incredibly nasty for high beta stocks and especially the OTCs that have been getting pumped since December. Until the $SPY trend-line breaks I’m going with the theory that smart money is gobbling up as many small and micro-cap shares as they possibly can.
