I don't know what to say about today. It's like last week. You could have a rally with the S&P going up 10,000 points today and still these small crap stocks ain't doing shit.

I am assuming all the money is going into large caps which explains the SPY rally which causes small caps to stall it does suck, once it flattens I bet small caps will pop
