It's a Crazy Phenomenon but I've seen this before.
Since over 95% of people in the stock market are always Bullish. They only want to here Bullish statements.
They rather always hear Bullish statements even in a market that crashing instead of words of reason and conservatism.

Did they not just watch consecutive days of shocking, almost instantaneous drops of massive proportions?!? I read your posts, saw what happened and immediate re-assessed my strategy. I'm slow but I'm not stupid.
