It's scientific. A stock that spikes higher in the short term in price and volume. Once that volume slows the stock will drop almost every time. You need to recognize the signs when a Pump is being created. Get in with the pumpers and out before they do.

It’s when volume drops off. If it’s abnormal *sustained* volume chances are it’s not a PnD and it will continue to go higher
