Unless you are trading on WEBULL.
You can't really go by what you are seeing now for later.
Some stocks that will be Blowing up later are not even trading right now.
WEBULL is in some ways an independent market in itself controlled the the traders who manipulate early prices

Interactive Brokers trade US stocks from 9am UK time. You just have to do a limit order and click the ‘Outside RTH’ (Regular Trading Hours) button. 😊

how can you have a market open for only some.., makes no sense to me
I concur, even tho I have TD. And on big IPO releases, Webull has the advantage. I tried DASH but by 7am it was already too late...pre-market is shady, must have an advantage like Webull buying at 4am. Can get in and out PM and call it a day
I have missed ask prices on several runners even tho i set buys above ask price PM. Have to try Webull
Just an FYI- I recommend transferring cash instead of a portfolio over to Webull. If your portfolio transfer fails, good luck getting ahold of customer service!
