The move here for me is following the system.
Stay in cash.
Wait for the next bounce then catch some of that and then Bang some beaten down stocks and catch the bounce there too.

Bought $TGC because it was 35% down and rising back up. Then they halted it because it was too volatile, but it was still down 30%. How can they allow this? People are loosing money because they deliberately halt a stock.
