Right now we're still in Webull time. Come 7:00 am the market changes again as most premarket traders enter.
Then at 9:30 am the market changes yet again at the open.
It's like you are trading in 3 different markets with 3 different groups of traders by the time you get to open

ive noticed this as well, trading time has been compartmentalized throughout the day
