Started my own business this last year and now investing in stocks/crypto as well... trial and error for sure but We getting somewhere

My ultimate plan is to take my gains from stocks into real estate. Im not even thinking about this now as the time isn’t near but that is the plan.

Did very well in real estate in the 80's. Sold last mini storage 2005 and I miss that monthly $$. So me too on stock money to income producing property. Even airbnb.
