Everyone I am close with who has dedicated 10+ years to education/Med school are now in a constant state of stress and bring overworked. Pay and benefits continue to be cut. How crazy that medical doctors now have to have side hustles.

Yup. I work in a clinic and there's nurses that work at Costco to make ends meet.

Just become a surgeon. Only tech skills you need is data input into an EMR.
