So news can be very important.
Especially when there is a Hot Mania going on. We saw this with Weed years a go when every Co was now a Weed company. Also with CV and EV.
Now with Bitcoin Hot again. Any small Co who is now "Bitcoin etc explodes higher.

The difference between a "catalyst" and fluff news. IE Patents are NOT catalysts and typically don't do much for stock prices. Patents are great for PR and showing progress but don't generate meaningful stock moves. My two cents.
