Trading and day trading are different. If I'm trading the S&P 3x's ETF. I may need $200,000+ trades. Because my % gain is small.
With Day trading you need less money to use because the % gains are much bigger.
But you need at least $50,000 to by pass the PDT rules comfortably.

I throw whatever extra I have to increase my account size. My question is how much do you think I would need in my account to make that jump to full time day trader? Just looking to make $300 a day right away. Of course anything above that would be awesome. Thanks!
