If you are not a good trader you will definitely lose money over long term. If you have no money to risk and still want to learn then play for fun and learn that way if you wish.

I’m in my 3rd year, I have made some really good trades, but inconsistency, revenge trading, rushing/not having enough patience has costed me money also. Fear of taking a loss or not wanting to be wrong has caused me to hesitate and miss out also.

My consistency has been getting better though these last few months, and this year I’m going to work on getting better at the issues I listed
