This is one of the important aspects to have work out. Trading is serious work. There's big money involved. It's like you are a doctor performing an operation. You Can't be interrupted at certain times. That's just the way it is.

True. I lose money anytime I am distracted for whatever reason. Every.Single.Time. Either by bag-holding or just panic selling and missing the big bucks.
