Very Accurate Analysis of PND that is what I would call the 'Pandemic Pattern' massive opportunity. The kicker were the 3 Trading Halts within 1st 30 minutes due to volatility. That's always followed by a significant drop in price. Now it's fundamentals and $OCG looks awesome.
