Here's the follow up question.
What trading courses etc have you paid for that in the end didn't provide you with any return or actually was a waste or worse.

I'll fess up...I paid for Investopedia's beginners course about 2 1/2 years ago. I think I spent about $750. Everything they taught you can read on their website.
