Who has been trading on WEBULL starting at 4:00 am? Any issues with trading that early using that broker?

No issues. I usually do it to sell on pops or early short squeezes before the fade/7am sell off.

The screeners are good, you can work with more on there.

No issues on Webull, ever, at anytime for anything. It's crisp

Only downside is you can’t trade warrants on SPACs

So far my first trade was SLS on Thursday at 4 in the morning. Got in at 7.65 and sold @ 12.30. Small profit just to test in.
