They can't crack down on industry scams.
They can only pretend once in a while.
If they did half the industry would be gone.
There would be no day trading.
You would have nothing left but long term hold on Big Caps in a mutual fund.

That’s exactly how I explain it to my friends that ask me how I do it... I tell em to learn how to follow the people scamming our markets... which is why I put scamming in quotes
