I don't trade on robinhood. I've never had a robinhood account. Tell me what the benefits might be? I can't think of any? Trading is Free now on every brokerage and the execution, platform, charts etc are better on most.

RH fills are absolute trash, not worth the time trading there especially if you're day trading and need fast fills.

I'd suggest Webull or Tradingview. Lots of good ones out there. Only open and account on a platform that lets you trade the FULL after hours time (even if you rarely/seldom use it).

I think there are benefits for a long portfolio that you don’t plan on trading in and out of. It’s got a very simple interface and tells you all the pertinent information. I still use it for my long portfolio. I would never use it to trade though.

I opened an account with RH when it was the only free one for the sole purpose of options trading and I gotta say, I likel options trading on RH for the simplicity. TOS is much better for L2 and more intensive trading but RH is smooth and easy.

robinhood is good, it is the easist way for beginners to learn. That being said it is also important for those same beginners to understand that they cannot get too comfortable will robinhood because they will have to upgrade if they want to take their trading to another level.
