I think the key for these penny stocks is to watch and see if they are up and taking heavy volume premarket. That's when the Pumpers start working them. That's what they did with $NAKD and the rest.
It looks obvious in hindsight. And at the time it was increasing in volume and price with "real" news. There were a couple of drops that would have taken brass balls to stay in and ride to the top.
