In general the best set up for a Small Cap Long Day Trade is Big News + Small Float + Big Volume = Big Move Higher. But there are times when the Industry will naked short those stocks too so you have to be ready for those times. Part of understanding the "Theory"of Day Trading

do I just need to baghold if I bought at top...for these low float pumps with huge volumes that were taken down?...am I doomed? I should have taken a loss during AH yesterday but the volume at close was so big that I thought more action was to come...
