I believe this.
The market will not crash.
I think it's higher a month from now as the election gets closer.
So Buying the UPRO on dips is my preferred trade for the bounce into eventually market rallies.

Remember the market is not crashing for the next month.
So if they try to shake the weak hands out with a drop in early Oct. That's a buying opportunity for the next 3 weeks.
