Normally this would not be a good looking chart this is the 4th time down but because of 9/11 I'm being careful.
many times a market will keep testing a level many times and then that test point will be support or future resistance. .

I started trading this year. Is there something that happens on 9/11 every year to the stock market that is worth worrying about?
