Anyone know what's the average market gain on 9/11 after the 9/11/01 attack? Is there really a Big upward Bias?

For the Nasdaq there's only been one red 9/11 in the last decade, 2013 (-0.11%). Average gain of the green 9/11's is 0.91% (if it fell on the weekend I looked at the following Monday). Seems like a bias to me
