Strange market times.
Though everyone is making Fortunes like they've never seen before with the Big Cap they own, Mutual Funds etc.
At the same time the Industry has totally shut down the small cap trading game.
I've never seen it this bad.
Maybe since the 2000 Crash?

Why would it run all summer and suddenly happen now? Why wouldn’t the ‘industry’ always keep small caps down?
