So weird how a stock soars on news that the CEO just bought 100,000. shares. Meanwhile $CAAS is doing nothing and the board is buying 5 Million shares?

I like when it says a ceo or board member ACQUIRED shares and everyone thinks they bought them. Then they turn around and sell their acquired shares a couple days later
