Most Small Retail Businesses are going Bankrupt while the Big Retailers Like $TGT etc are smashing record sales and stock prices never seen before.

Why Kohls Macys ect did not try to retrifit stores to be like Target with food is the mistake. Govt should of helped. In a month they would of opened with at least paper towels toilet paper ect.
