State of Cali is doing really bad because of the virus and has a deficit of 54 Billion right now and so they plan to raise the state tax on those Silicon Valley Billionaires

Did you see what they plan to do. Even if they leave CA they will be required to pay taxes for 10 years and a 10% reduction each year. Totally nuts.
