I got in but got only 135 shares. In pre market do you always set the limit higher than what the price is and by how much to get orders filled in ?

I traded 2k shares and had no problem getting filled or out. keep in mind slippage (you may not get filled at your limit orded price) set your limit around normal price and you should get filled. dont chase.
