Only problem is I'm not an author.
Many on fb said they would help.
They all for what ever reason dropped out during the process.

Brian, I can help you with this. My background is real estate but I have been apart of several book writing projects. It’s actually surprisingly easy to put a book together even if you are@not an author. DM me if you want to chat.
