The thing to know about buying a stock early like $ANVS is you don't want to give back the $1,000's in profits you just made if you hold it too long. So once you are making around 50% fast start thinking about selling. Many stocks will peak out close to their opening price.

How do you know if a stock has interest from other traders ? I use Webull and I can only see orders come in as they happen but in pre market they are usually small orders .
