You almost always should wait until after the opening bell to decide to buy or not. Most likely it will be lower after the open and you can buy it cheaper.

At what point do you sell when it's not moving the way you want? Especially if you planned a quick pump with that stock?
Oh my gosh, yes, I have been burnt so many times by getting on before hours and then they all dump and it never goes back up and over the price I bought it at and stuck with selling at a loss.
