I very rarely ever trade on the OTC. I trade on the 3 Major exchanges.
Correct Information is hard to get on OTC, Pink sheets etc The insider Scams and Promotion are hard to figure out.
I don't recommend trading on the OTC. It can work out if you get into a scam early but BEWARE

Hey man how do you know if a stock is getting up listed form otc to Nasdaq? I got into an otc stock, doing excellent and heard it was getting up listed soon but don’t know where to find that info. Would it be in Sec filings?

Yes and google the stock. Look for more information on the possible uplisting. It happens and that's usually a good angle.
