There are millions of new retail traders on Robinhood or just in the market in general who have no idea what they are doing. All they know is if they put money in, they can make bank. I.e. the 17 stocks that move 100% yesterday.

Only twice have I witnessed millions of 'investors' throw money into a market with as little education as the new reta users today.
The first was the dot com era.
The second was Bitcoin & the ICOs of 2017.
