I'm going to follow your advice for this. Previously having lost money being in stocks that did offerings when I first started I have stayed clear. But what you just said makes so much sense.

Buying a high flying small float day trade that's up over 100% is dangerous holding because they could reissue.
But depending on the stock and float sector etc. Sometimes buying AFTER the issue on the drop make sense.
