A company like $HD is not going down longer term.

The fact that you're assuming another drop is impossible and that it will never get that low again this year worries me. Q2 isn't going to be pretty no matter the "pent up demand" and 25% unemployment doesn't get magically resolved with many companies gone or downsized.
