The only time you want to buy a stock premarket is because it's heavy volume. If not wait until the open and buy the stock cheaper if you like it. Buying stocks going higher premarket on light volume is a bad idea. Wait until open when it will be less.

I have NURO on watch for the open. Very small float and has some news out. News isnt that great but that hasnt stopped the pros before.
thank you , what would you consider good volume on a 1 to 2 dollar stock , anything close to 2 million pre market?
