If you like a Stock @ $4.00 and it goes $7.00.
You are not suppose to buy it. You missed it.
If you like a stock @ $7.00 and you don't buy it and it then drops to $4.00 for no apparent reason or crash in major market.
Then buy it! Chances are you'll make $
