Funny how this stock did fall into the .30's and now going into .60's

Again always look at the stock's long term chart. That's going to tell you what the stock can/can't do in future.
$KTOV in a long term down trend drops to like .20's now .30's it could go into .60's in future. But then I would sell it. Fails on every bounce on this chart.
