How did I find Fuel Tech?
Well my first trade of the day.
I saw it higher around 6:30 am on News
Had a small float and I knew it if it got confirmation on Volume that the stock was LIVE. The price would explode and it did. In @ .70 out just over $1.00 premarket. Opened @ $1.49
