$TLSS Company looks good, CEO has a good history, great revenues, but why the $10-$16 drop to pennies? Outlook?

My observation financials are messed up. Poor restructuring of debt they may have a smart CEO but business model sucks plus tough competition within sector is hurting them. They have lost customers to their competitors. Finally check basic financials.
