I don't think new traders should buy stocks before 7:00 am because volume is so thin on most and spreads large. Easy to over pay. I think it's best to wait until 7:00 am to get an idea how retail investors are playing a stock. But there are exceptions.

I use Webull. Before 7am is useful to sell penny swings sometimes. 430am usually has a nice pop carried over from the day before. That's all I've used it for really. Haven't done that in a while
I like to swing trade into the mornings and sell by 5-7 am
