How do you figure a breakout is too far extended to still join in? Do you watch multiple timeframes to see if its a runner that translates into a bigger breakout?

Practice breakout watch them.
Many things can happen with breakout including false break out. If you go long into a false break out and hold long. You can be punished. Wiped out.
Buying breakouts long works most of the time but NOT always.
Have to watch the trade like a hawk.
Thank you Im practicing a lot every week. I get good returns but my winrate is too low because I keep stabbing those runners again and again instead of taking my one big winner and walking away.
