How many people will want to study to be a doctor and make all that sacrifice if they can't make a lot of money when they practice. Sure there will be some people. Not as much as today for sure.

It seems like now most places are using Nurse Practitioners rather than doctors. Cutting costs so insurance companies can make more. Just the beginning of what’s to come.
i dont mean to start anything but just saying that now the average family doctor in Canada makes about 350k a year witch is more then my doctor makes here in texas i asked him and he told me ans makes a lot less then that once he has paid his insurance

doctors in Canada cannot be sued and there life is a lot easier no student loan for most here they have to pay that all there lives , my ex had 2 phd's and only about 25k in loans that she paid in 2 years quite different here , they make more now in canada

of course after a few years they do not make that right out of school and most do not want to work many hours so they do not make that much but it is by choice , most doctors are married to another doctor in canada so they do very good
Its important to note they must recover the cost of their education
The sort of person you dnt want as a doctor. The sort of person that would triage you based on lvl of perceived privilege and who would rather be a poor slave than a rich doctor productively working in a healthcare industry motivated by voluntary market signals between free ppl
