Other not obvious reasons why small #stocks might rise?
#Insider buying. Insiders buy for many reasons. Like to elevate the stock price so it can stay above the minimum requirements to stay listed. A drop from the Nasdaq to the #OTC/PINK SHEETS etc. is basically a death sentence $penn looking ready to reverse or do you think it gets closer to $50 , the hammer(daily) is what i'm looking at
