Not sure I follow this tweet (do I need to read these posts to follow?). Full confession: I entered RC church in 2000.

These "converts" have undergone a formal conversion, but not a thorough conversion of thought. That is where the problem lies.
-
Should St. Paul have had a further conversion when he withstood Pope St. Peter to his face? (Gal. 2:11) Was there a problem with that?
-
It's thoroughly amusing how ready certain Catholics are to take up hackneyed Protestant arguments against the papacy.
-
Ok its Protestant to believe that a bishop can formally correct a Pope? When did that start during St. Peter's reign or under which Pope?
-
Moreover, Paul's argument with Peter was not a "formal correction." It was a personal spat.
-
According to St. Thomas/Augustine it was no mere personal spat http://dhspriory.org/thomas/SSGalatians.htm#23 … There was real public scandal corrected by Paulpic.twitter.com/P4DivaP8Uq

What is more to the point is why you feel the need to come to Schmitz defense, when he is criticized for impugning the Holy Father.
-
I'm not defending Schmitz (can't load video), I'm defending against general attacks on other Catholics.
