    Federal Budget Watch: The House passed an FY20 omnibus bill which includes funding for their Crime Victims Fund. This includes Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funds which support local victim assistance & comp. programs. The bill is before the Senate & is expected to pass by Dec. 20.
