@SusanWojcicki I doubt you'll really acknowledge the video/situation but could you please give this video a look? https://youtu.be/Wy7Tvo-q63o
Their videos are incredibly educational and helpful, they're clearly distraught over their comments being removed and I feel it's unfair.

I'd also like to add they've created a petition on http://change.org which is linked in that video I linked and in 6 months they're currently sitting at just shy of 512k people who've signed. The people in the videos know what they're taking part in and want comments.

Starting earlier this year, we took actions above our normal protections for children on YouTube by disabling comments on videos that could be at risk of predatory behavior as we work to improve the tools that catch violative comments. More: https://yt.be/help/JBTx

I understand, but if you would actually watch the videos and do ANY research on your targeted channels, you would see the one in question LITERALLY has the single most supportive, friendly and outright most kind hearted comments I've seen in a decade of using YouTube.

For instance: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4E98HDsPXrf5kTKIgrSmtQ/community?lb=UgyqPRAoMVKM8RN5RkV4AaABCQ … Go through and read the comments. EVERY comment is complimenting, being supportive, loving, etc. The literal only negative comments, are the ones that are saying it's ridiculous that you guys took away the ability to comment on their videos.

Please, don't be so unaware of how poorly run the platform can be. Just a few days ago all of the issues with the verified channels happened, I have not seen a single person in support of the idea. Is it so hard to believe that this channel is NOT correctly targeted either?
