I honestly can't believe there are people out here who don't have to figure out how they will make it till payday. That some people can go to the store and just worry about what they want, not the cost. That shit blows my mind.

Unions was a better answer, Nicholas. Most people have some avocation they're passionate about. Many of them aren't necessarily marketable to industry. Are artists less worthy of a living wage than programmers? It's long past time to stop thinking in this mindset.
No not at all but also on that note an artist could become an architect it’s about taking the skills you have and managing them in a way you can live off of them. Human beings are adaptable and we have to use that adaptability to combat the changing landscape.

An artist will not be fulfilled drawing housing all day, Nicholas (also, architect's don't make shit). It's all about a different mindset. You're clearly a capitalist. I'm not. I don't think we should have to rent our bodies to oligarchs for sustenance.
