How is it bulshit? If I trained you how to flip houses and you make 20,000 dollars and you manage it right you can do one every couple months. You just need the right training.

I was using that as a example. But on that note people who are flipping houses are actually helping a lot of people in Baltimore and Detroit. Flipping a block and building a Community is a great feeling knowing you are helping so many.
