    As an Iranian who was beaten & jailed for opposing mandatory Hijab,I'm appalled to see Hijab celebrated in the West. I have a dream for all women to be free oneday. Free to choose what to wear, how to live, and what to think. Celebrating hijab destroys that dream.

    مسیح جان، بار اول به‌خاطر اعتراض به گرانی و هزینه‌های بالای زندگی بازداشت شد. ولی به فعالیتش ادامه داد. اطلاع‌رسانی از وضعیت زندانی‌ها مخصوصا زندانیان سیاسی گمنام و روش‌های مقابله با بازجویی از فعالیت‌هایش بود که به‌خاطرش بازداشت شد.

    . به‌خاطر اطلاع‌رسانی و نوشتن درباره‌ی زندانیان سیاسی گمنام، در زندان است. اعتراض به هم یکی دیگر از اتهامات اوست. امروز مادرش، را فقط به‌خاطر حمایت از دخترش برای حبس ۴ساله فراخواندند. ج.ا. در حال گرفتن از مادران آزرده ایران است.
